Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email boxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and secure your email accounts against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
